Medigap Plan A is a basic Medicare Supplement plan that helps pay for some of the out-of-pocket expenses you have that Original Medicare won’t cover. Also, while the names are very similar, this supplement plan should not be confused with Medicare Part A!
Since Plan A is the most basic Medicare Supplement plan, it covers the least amount of benefits. However, what the plan does cover will be covered 100%.
